Lower in Sugar Smoothie, Monterey Strawberry with Silk Almond Milk Smoothie by Cookbook Author Gina Meyers

 



1/4 cup of frozen berries

1 container of Chobani Less Sugar Greek Yogurt, Monterey Strawberry

1/4 cup of Silk Almond Milk, 30 calories per serving, 0 grams of sugar


Directions, in a blender, toss frozen berries, next add almond milk and then scoop out the yogurt, 5.3 ounce container. Place for 30 seconds on smoothie mode until well-blended. Enjoy. Makes one smoothie or two smoothie shots.
