Artichoke Cheese Squares
2 jars (6.5 ounces) marinated artichoke hearts
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
4 eggs
1/4 cup of Glutino, Gluten Free Bread Crumbs
1/4 teaspoon each salt, pepper, and oregano
1/8 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon of parsley, optional
Directions: Mix all ingredients together and transfer into a greased 7- by 11-inch glass baking pan. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.
